This policy explains how we handle the personal data you send us through this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law. The Portuguese version is the reference text.

How the booking request works

The booking form does not send or store any data on this website. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, the WhatsApp app (Meta) opens with a message already written with your name, the massage, the duration, the day and the time. It is only sent if you press send, and it is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

What data we receive

• The name and phone number linked to your WhatsApp account.
• The massage, duration, day and time you would like.
• Any additional information you choose to write in the conversation.

You do not need to send us detailed health information. If it is relevant to the massage (for example, pregnancy or an injury), a brief mention is enough.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to reply to your request and manage the booking (pre-contractual steps at your request and performance of the service — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not send advertising and we do not sell data.

How long we keep the data

Conversations about bookings are deleted within 24 months of the booking date, unless the law requires them to be kept.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by contacting us as above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses:

• Google Maps — only loaded if you press “See the shop on the map”. From then on, Google may store its own cookies.
• Browser local storage — only remembers that you asked to see the map, so you are not asked again. You can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

The fonts are hosted on this website and make no requests to third parties.
